Ndubueze Onyike

Founder

Ndubueze leads day-to-day operations, sets and steers Catalyture’s business strategy, guides go-to-market approaches and oversees engagements with clients, helping them improve operations, reduce costs, and grow EBITDA. He has over 20 years of experience improving supply chains, optimizing service operations, restructuring underperforming operations, and building the processes and teams needed to scale.

He has delivered results across a range of industries, including chemicals, life sciences, automotive, electronics, energy, building materials, grocery, public sector, and technology. His work includes improving end-to-end supply chains, optimizing service operations and quality, and enhancing the performance of core business processes. His focus is on reducing cost, improving efficiency, optimizing working capital, and strengthening service levels—ultimately driving EBITDA growth. He has built and led teams through complex transformations, established new business functions and capabilities, and designed the organizational structures needed to support them. He has helped companies stabilize underperforming functions, navigate major transitions, and build scalable operations that support growth.

Ndubueze is based in Arlington, Virginia. Outside of work, Ndubueze enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, playing soccer, cooking, gardening and sipping a great bourbon. He serves on the Board of The Community Partnership for the Prevention of Homelessness in Washington, D.C., where he chairs the Strategic Planning Committee.
